SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER: Ricardo “Rickey” Fernandez's law enforcement career dates is in excess of 35 years. He was formerly with the New Orleans Police Department, the Office of Naval Intelligence and the FBI, Mr. Fernandez will speak to us about interviewing techniques and how to read body language.
